Refund policy

Shipping Information - We ship almost daily. Our turnaround time is 1-3 business days for items that are in stock. Please note that Pre-Orders have a turnaround time of up to 8-10 weeks. If there is any delay, we do our best to contact you.

Cancelation of Orders - Ready to ship orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. Pre-Orders can not be canceled.

Lost Packages - We are not responsible for any packages that show as Delivered on the tracking details page, lost or stolen packages. The customer will have to work with their local post office to investigate lost or stolen packages after they are delivered.

All sale, grab bag, clearance and holiday items are final sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange. Refunds in the form of a store credit are only offered in event of a defect. Defects must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving an item.


We cannot refund a pre-order as it was specifically ordered for you. 

We look over every single pair of shoes before they go out for delivery. If by chance there is a defective product, the defective item may be returned, but must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and must be brand new in the package.
